Welcome to File Recovery, a mobile cleaning tool software provided by Hong Kong Yubo Intelligent Co., Limited ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the File Recovery application ("App") and its services, including the purchase and use of in-app currency ("Coins"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and you agree to comply with these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time, and the updated version will be posted in the App and on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the App.
Some features of the App may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

The App offers an in-app currency called Coins, which can be purchased to unlock premium features. All purchases are processed through the applicable platform (e.g., Google Play Store) and are subject to their payment terms.
Purchases of Coins are generally non-refundable, except as outlined in our Refund Policy. Please review the Refund Policy for details on eligibility and the refund process.
Coins have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or resold. Coins are for use within the App only.
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property within the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the App without our prior written consent, except as permitted by these Terms.
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to the App or other users. Upon termination, your license to use the App will cease, and any unused Coins may be forfeited without refund.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or functionality. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages, including legal fees, arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
